What if my order is lost or damaged? | |
Your shipment is guaranteed against loss or damage by Bone Dry Musical Instrument Company. There are no claim forms or hoops to jump through. Look, we're family. So if your order does not arrive within a reasonable time (allow 2 weeks for U.S. orders, 30 days for Worldwide), just let us know and we will send you a refund or replacement. |

Also, after placing your order, you may click the "Order Status" link at the bottom of any page to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24 hours of shipment. |
